Space & Education Awareness Prism Ribbons

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star....

The words to this familiar nursery rhyme are often every child's first introduction to space and the cosmos. 

Ongoing research and space exploration yields new discoveries and advancement in the technology and medical fields and many more.

This prism ribbon seems to twinkle like the stars in the childhood song.  As this prism ribbon seems to change colors in unpredictable ways when it reflects light, so it symbolizes the unpredictable, life-changing effects that education has on people’s lives. 

Because research and education impact people’s lives in vastly different and unpredictable ways that are often initially unseen, the General Aviation Space Group has created this prism ribbon of awareness.

By wearing or displaying the ribbon, you are signifying that you are aware of the importance of space research and education for the future and that our future is above us.  You are signifying that you are part of the awareness campaign and are helping to make a difference for the future.

This prism ribbon is also symbolic of the belief that all things are possible through education and the belief in GASG as we press forward toward our goal to obtain affordable and accessible space travel through general aviation.
